She's helped us, and she's helped multiple people we've sent her way. We recommend her to anyone and everyone we know who's looking for a new place. Stacie goes beyond sending listings that you can find on your own on the internet. She finds out what you want beyond location, how many bedrooms, and how much you want to pay. She has insight and connections that other agents simply did not have. In fact, she found us the perfect condo and it wasn't even on the market yet. It's what, where, and how much we wanted to pay... and she brings a smile to our faces every time we think about her. Sandra Prada June 2016 Nicholas Bourgeois is, simply put, a dream real estate agent. Not only is he a lovely person - warm, kind, engaged in his clients - but he is above all a consummate professional, incredibly well-versed in real estate and full of great tips and advice. Besides being knowledgeable, his guidance throughout what can be an intimidating and overwhelming process was invaluable. Joe Federico October 2016 We were relocating from CT to Houston for work and didn't have time to visit places.
Geography [ edit] The parish of Bucklebury has three main parts. The original village is on the banks of the River Pang close to its three sources in the parish. Directly south of Bucklebury village and on higher ground is Bucklebury Common, which is 826 acres (334 ha) 3. 3 square kilometres (1. 3 sq mi) of open grazing on managed heather and woodland. The common is, under the Inclosure Acts, open to villagers only as commoners and privately owned. At the eastern boundary of the common is Chapel Row, incorporating local landmarks such as the Blade Bone public house, a doctors' surgery and a teashop. The village of Upper Bucklebury became the parish's largest residential area in the late 20th century. This is on a hill about a 1. 5 miles (2. 4 km) south-west of Bucklebury village at the western tip of the common. Upper Bucklebury has a general store, a public house, a modern Church of England church (dedicated to All Saints), and a Church of England primary school. The hamlet of Marlston is also in the parish.
The gardens extend to the side and rear of the property and there are wonderful views towards Dungeon Hill and the surrounding countryside from a large terrace on south western flank of the building. The field, which is enclosed with elegant estate fencing extends to approximately 3. 44 acres and on the northern boundary there is a small stable block with 3 loose boxes accessed if required via a second separate vehicular access further down the lane. Square Footage: 6622 sq ft Acreage: 3. 44 Acres Directions From Dorchester proceed North on the B3143 passing through the villages of Piddlehinton, Piddletrenthide and Alton Pancras until you reach the village of Buckland Newton. Go past the village shop and continue to the end of the road. Turn left at the T junction and take the next right just before proceeding up the hill. Continue along this lane to the junction and the access to the property is directly opposite.
